Hello Hello!
Happy Sunday! I have returned with book review numero 3!!! This is the second book I have read from Rebecca Yarros and I really think my next book will be from her too. She has a way with writing that I always end up falling in love with her characters. I started In The Likely Event while I was on my honeymoon. I tried to keep this review as short as I could so that I wouldn’t spoil it for anyone who would want to read it!
In the Likely Events
2 strangers Izzy and Nate met on the plane and become seatmates. Soon they realize they are attracted to each other. They end up getting in a plane crash within minutes of being up in the air. Nate saves Izzy’s life and both their lives change soon after the crash. Nate goes into the military and Izzy goes to start a career in politics. I loved the way this book went back from past to present. Each past was always a different time that Izzy and Nate had together after the crash. They would sometimes go years without seeing each other but still on each others minds. I would put my book down for the night and wake up with anticipation wondering when they’d meet next. It was just too good!!!
Have you ever heard of the saying “when you know, you know”? When you’ve met the right person you can just feel it, you feel as if you’re home. This book is a constant reminder of that. Nate will do anything and everything to protect Izzy and keep her safe. If that doesn’t convince you to read In The Likely Event… I don’t know what will!!
