Stuffed Peppers (Lunch Version)

Let’s talk lunch! Being completely honest… lunch is actually my least favorite meal. I would much rather snack all day. However, I have been trying make sure I am not skipping it because, right now it’s super important for me to establish a routine that will help me with my fitness goals. This recipe is so simple and very easy to make. I love that I don’t get into a “post lunch slump”. Keep reading to learn how to make it this in just FOUR steps!!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Bell Pepper (I love the green ones)
  • Cream Cheese
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Pepperoni’s

Here’s what you’ll do:

  1. Wash, dry and cut the ends of the bell pepper, take out the core and cut the pepper in half.
  2. Spread cream on the pepper halves.
  3. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning
  4. Place the pepperoni’s on top and enjoy!!

P.S My coworker suggest I add some Takis Fuego on top of the cream cheese for a crunch and it was LIFE CHANGING!!!!
