Let’s talk lunch! Being completely honest… lunch is actually my least favorite meal. I would much rather snack all day. However, I have been trying make sure I am not skipping it because, right now it’s super important for me to establish a routine that will help me with my fitness goals. This recipe is so simple and very easy to make. I love that I don’t get into a “post lunch slump”. Keep reading to learn how to make it this in just FOUR steps!!

What you’ll need:
- 1 Bell Pepper (I love the green ones)
- Cream Cheese
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Pepperoni’s
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Wash, dry and cut the ends of the bell pepper, take out the core and cut the pepper in half.
- Spread cream on the pepper halves.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning
- Place the pepperoni’s on top and enjoy!!



P.S My coworker suggest I add some Takis Fuego on top of the cream cheese for a crunch and it was LIFE CHANGING!!!!
