Hello Darlings!

Here goes my FIRST travel guide diary entry- how exciting! I wanted my first entry to be somewhere in Miami since it’s where Jake and I went for our honeymoon! Before we left, we each made a list of “must do’s’” because duh.. when in Miami. If you haven’t already guessed it, my must see was the Dior Café!

 We walked in and out of the Dior store a few times trying to figure out why my maps kept telling me I was at my destination. I was ready to give up and leave. We were only going to be in Miami once so Jake was VERY determined to make sure we crossed this off my list. After asking the greeter at the front door of the Dior store to direct us to the café, she had us go towards glass/mirrored elevators and up we went to the ROOFTOP! (Honestly, I should have researched it a little bit better to know it was on the rooftop but either way we made it!)

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly, but Louis was amazing! We thought he was the hostess. (I think he was the security guard?) He pulled out our chairs for both Jake and I. He made us feel like we belonged and checked up on us constantly! (Thank you for the amazing experience Louis!) We mainly went for their bakery, Jake and I both got croissants. Mine had chocolate inside it was perfectly melted in all the right places and satisfied my craving. The iced latte I had was only sweetened with simple syrup and cold foam but the taste wasn’t super strong nor super sweet-so yummy!! The ambiance was perfect, a calm away from the madness in Miami! You have to go at least ONCE in your lifetime!! Talk soon!
